Con il livello di trasferimento di Lucca noi otterremo un aumento di risorse trasferite di E. 19 MLN; di oltre 24 MLN nel caso di Pisa; di ben 33 MLN nel caso di Firenze. E sopratutto non con carattere di una tantum.
Consideriamo che oltre ai cittadini residenti ufficiali, Prato ha, come ben sappiamo, qualche abitante in più.
